Always wanted to learn the moves from Strictly Come Dancing?? Well now is your chance! Grab your dancing shoes, and shimmy on down to Rise Studios to learn all those basic moves. No partner necessary! Each course will focus on a different style of ballroom from Waltzing to Salsa and everything inbetween.

Ballet Barre Core Strengthening

Also known as Barre Bootcamp! The ultimate dance workout. This class combines ballet techniques with core strengthening exercises. A great way to strengthen legs/thighs ready for skiing! Done to a variety of music including classical, contemporary and pop. If you want to lose weight, and tone up but the Gym is not for you, then come along! It’s a FULL body work out!
